Compulsive childish thought
I get compulsive childish repetitive thoughts like whenever i stand near a pond or lake i get urges to throw my phone or something valuable, or like many times I do many impulsive things like random scribbling sometimes on inappropriate things/surfaces or on my body or get many compulsive inappropriate silly thought again and again what could be the problem?
