From three months I have started feeling anxious and I always feel dirty.i repeatedly wash my hands still I don't find it neat. I have a constant fear of contamination of feces or urine and because of me I might contaminate other things as to wherever I touch . And then I keep thinking I need to clean the areas I have touched. I have been in alot of stress lately and I feel due to which my OCD level is on another level. Though before I was just bothered about perfection and neatness it never gave me anxiety nor I wasted time behind it..it gave me a pleasure when things were done my way. Off late I have been stressed emotionally and have been degraded alot it caused extreme sadness and sorrow and my mind just makes me feel dirty. I started getting anxious sweating and my thyroid levels marginally increased which doesn't require treatment. Even if I wash my hands I feel my nails store the dirt poop feces . And I live with the fear I will contaminate everything. please advice.
