Hey hi,x rays or photos needed for full clarity...
Even though I will suggest as I have understood
Managing a dental crown in a patient with a severe deep bite can be technically challenging. Because your upper and lower teeth overlap significantly, there is very little vertical space available for the crown material (metal, ceramic, or zirconia). If the crown is made thick enough to be strong, it sits too high and alters your bite; if it is made too thin to fit the space, it risks breaking easily.
Next Steps
You should schedule a follow-up appointment with your dentist or consult a Prosthodontist.
Health Tips
Do not chew hard foods on those teeth while the crown is high, as the uneven pressure can fracture the root-canal-treated roots. Inform your dentist immediately if you experience any pain when your teeth touch, or if you feel a dull ache in your jaw joint (TMJ)
