Hello i have gone thorough whole abdomen ultrasound in past days in which my right ovary Is large in size (7.8×5.3×6.1 cm) volume 134.4 cc and left ovary is not shown seperately and detect with a cyst which is in size (6.2×4.7×5.3 cm) volume is 83.3cc what should i do now please ...

After consulting to gynaecologist start treatment for cyst minimum for 3 months after getting cycle regular it will go off automatically if not then surgical intervention because size is little bit more.
