Complete tear of the  supraspinatus tendon from its attachment of the humeral head. The retraction is approximately by 1.2 cm.

Only tear is not important. Even restriction of movts is imp. Y poo it tear has been there since how long and other things. Many pts even with complete  tear don't need surgery. They do well with physio.
