I'm final year btech student in IITD. While playing football I got my left knee ACL completely teared 3weeks ago, other ligaments are completely fine . Do I need surgery if I ever want to return to sports. If​ Yes then please suggest me best orthopedic surgeon in Delhi. Also Please suggest me best physiotherapist  in Delhi for this kind of injury. Thank you .
