Hi, my three year son complaining anal pain two to three times from last four days as he has gone through cercumcision before six days and he passed stool after two days of this procedure as he was not too active. And i checked his Anus it looks completely fine no rash no cut. I am applying coconut oil.even I gave him albandazole as he complained itching earlier days but because cercumcision I was giving him ibugesic but now he is complaining pain.I am from Pune but right now I am in a town not have facility of good doctor and will back my city nest week. So Plz help me best and suggest what I do till to reach my city. I will really very grreatful for your kind act
