It sounds like you're experiencing a complex interplay of physical and mental symptoms. Please understand that what you're going through is challenging, but there is help available. It's great that you want to overcome your comfort zone and focus on your career, but managing your mental and physical health should be a priority too. Here are some suggestions that might help: Consult a Mental Health Professional: Given your symptoms, it's important to consult a mental health professional such as a psychologist, psychiatrist, or therapist. They can help you work through your feelings, anxiety, and depression. They can also assist in finding strategies to manage your comfort zone and motivate you to pursue your career goals. Physical Activity: Exercise can significantly impact mental health. Even light physical activities like walking or yoga can help reduce anxiety and depression. Regular physical activity can also improve your overall well-being and energy levels. Limit Screen Time: Spending excessive hours on your mobile phone can exacerbate feelings of depression and anxiety. Try to limit your screen time, especially before bedtime, as the blue light emitted from screens can interfere with your sleep patterns.
Next Steps
Remember, it's okay to ask for help. Mental health professionals are trained to assist people in situations like yours. With the right support and techniques, you can gradually overcome your comfort zone and work towards your career goals while managing your mental and physical health.
