Combination of Lens

Can one wear combination of two types of lens ? Use contact lens for SPH power and use Specs for CYL power? Because I have high CYL power and can't find contact lens for high CYL powers. Please advise.

You can but they both have to be corrected appropriately. Especially cylindrical power once you are adjusted for spherical contact lenses
