Is combiflame safe for breastfeeding mother ..it won't have any side effects on  baby ? Please let me know on my query. Also invade due to breastfeeding I got fever.. what tablet should I prefer ?

Its safe in breastfeeding.,...make sure ur breasts are emptied properly....if they get engorged u get fever
