My gastroenterologist has told to do colonoscopy for my stomach pain. But nowadays I'm eating food in 3-3hrs n can't stay in fasting. So please help me how will I do this procedure

You have to stay fasting for 4 to 6hrs and take peglec solution till bowels get empty. If any stools remain in intestine,they cant visualise anything in intestine.

hi , take dinner at night , and doctor will give you one liquid (peglec) to drink continuouly , after finishing you will go for toilet for passing stool. by the time your colon will be empty and you can go in for test in the morning slot.

U did not mention why did u go to a Gastroenterologist ?what were yr complaints?to answer yr question i will like to know all these.R u on any kind of medication that did not solve yr complaints n now u went to gastro specialist.Colonoscopy is a procedure where yr bowels shud be totally empty without any food or fecal particles .so that one can look inside yr bowels to find any damage in lining of intestines.
