Hi, Chemotherapy  and Colon Cancer Surgery go hand in hand while treating colon cancer. However not all Stage 4 colon cancer  are operable. Hence, it would be great if you could share PET CT scan reports or Imaging studies done for proper treatment guidance.
Next Steps
You could visit my center "Oncura Cancer Care" for further guidance if in Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane or You could connect on online consultation
