Is colicaid nd colimex used for same purpose that is colic nd gas prob. Which is the best product for gas prob. What is the dosage for 7 week baby.

Any of the drops can be given . Dose would be around 8 drops 2-3 times a day . Regular warm fomentation of baby's abdomen will be helpful . It can be done every 3 hours or more .

Both are equally good Use ant brand Give  5drops if baby is crancky and have exessive cry only.
