My 10 months son is having cold/running nose since morning. No fever. After eating food( breakfast & Lunch) he vomited little bit 2 times today. Should I be worried? Can I give him his paracetamol tonic. Any other suggestion please?

Hello. Please give tour child steam inhalation thrice a day and Nasovion Saline Nasal drops 6 hourly. No, paracetamol is not supposed to be given. Please burp your child after food. Syp Emset 2mg - 2 ml if the vomit doesnt subside.
