Take tab  monteleukast + cetrrizine one morning and one  evening for 4 days. Chericof cough syp. 5ml every 8 hours for 4 days. Take tab vit. C 500mg one morning and one evening for 7 days. Get CBP done, if necessary with results,  antibiotic can be added.

Steam inhalation with easy breathe twice daily for 3 days. Done take cool water or drinks . Take rest and drink more water. Cold subsides on its own if it persists  for more than 5 days T.Monetk -LC in the night for 3days. Syp.Reswas 10ml for 3days
