Next Steps
Take tab  monteleukast + cetrrizine one morning and one  evening for 4 days. Chericof cough syp. 5ml every 8 hours for 4 days. Take tab vit. C 500mg one morning and one evening for 7 days. Get CBP done, if necessary with results,  antibiotic can be added.

do steam inhalation with karvol capsule morning and evening for 4 to 5 days.

Steam inhalation with easy breathe twice daily for 3 days. Done take cool water or drinks . Take rest and drink more water. Cold subsides on its own if it persists  for more than 5 days T.Monetk -LC in the night for 3days. Syp.Reswas 10ml for 3days

Tab synarest two times after food. Tab montek lc one at night. Cough??? Dry girilinctus syr Wet ambrodil ssyr 5 ml bd n 10 ml at night  For 3 to 5 days. Rest, not to go out in sunlight No cold things.
