I had cold from 2 days and today when i was cleaning my nose i saw blood comming from nose is it because of cold or something else what should i do ?

Probably due to erosion of nasal mucosa either due to infection itself or hard blowing of nose or nose picking habits... However if it persists get yourself examined with a Gp or Ent

It’s due to opening of small capillaries due to nasal congestion in cold as well as trauma caused by repeated nasal cleaning or sniffing.
