Cold in 8 month old iugr baby

My 8 month old is now 5.6kg.birthweight 1 kg(34 weeks 4 days) IUGR baby. He has a running nose and the doctor suggested 0.3 ml T- Minic now he has developed a little fever. Can I give paracetamol drops along with T-Minic ?

Yes can give paracetamol. But don't give T minic. That combination is banned now. And it's contraindicated in babies. Give Allegra instead 2.5 ml BD
