Hi doctor , I'm having cold from last three days and temperature fluctuating 99-100. Having little body ache and no energy to do anything. Nose is blocking at nights . I'm having paracetamol twice a day and steaming still problem persists.

You have suffering from Viral fever.Take tablet Dolo sos if fever or headache present.Take steam inhalation.Otrivin nasal drop twice a day and sos if nasal block. Drink lots of oral fluids~3litre per day to maintain hydration. Take bed rest. Have good diet. You will recover soon.
