Start taking
:soaked one tea spoon tarifla in one glass water for whole night and in another glass socked methi dana whole night .when you awake in the morning then first drink 2 3 sip of normal water.then trifla water and after that methi dana water and at at end chew that methi dana and eat it.then do not eat anything thing for one hr.after it. Do these process for three month.
