Cold Ear - Left Ear is feeling Cold...

Left Ear is feeling Cold on exposure to AC and Winter climate. Right Ear is feeling normal. I can feel some continuous twitch in the Left Ear whenever there is exposure to AC and Winter climate. What problem is this?
