Cold during early pregnancy

I might have conceived because I have missed period it's 7 days late today still not took test of pregnancy I have caught cold today so 1)can I take sinarest tablet is it harmful or any side effects for early pregnancy and 2)when to take pregnancy test 3)I feel nausea sometimes breast pain sometimes and tired and sleepy  does these all confirm pregnancy please guide me thank you

Pregnancy test can be done 24 hours after a skipped  period since u are already late by 7 days you can do the pregnancy test now you cannot take sinarest in pregnancy you can connect for a safe prescription for cold the symptoms you are facing are Vague not confirmatory for pregnancy
