AC usage has nothing to do with a cold,it's a viral infection. If mild just give steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down. Use paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required. For constipation,give a high fiber diet. Give 3 each of milk feeds and solid meals at this age.
