Cold, cough and fever since many days

I am suffering cold, cough and sometime fever since many days. Initially doctor prescribed me amoxicillins 3 days two times. But no results then after I consulted ENT specialist and he prescribed cefixim and some steroids for 10 days. Some conditions was improved but after 4-5 days same problem i am suffering. What should i do now??

i sense irregularities in medications..get a consult with detailed history..there's no 3 or 10 day antibiotic course..so need a proper history
