My 4 month old has cold and stuffy nose without mucus or discharge.. Can i give saline nasal solution of otrinoz?? How to give pls suggest..

Yes you can use saline nasal drop. You have put 2 drop in each nostril every 4 hourly for 5 days. What is more important, when putting nasal drop in one nostril you to block other nostril so that medicine will clear the passage.
