Hello sir i am suffering from sore throat and cold, I usually go through with this when i eat some sour food or cold.. and my neck is looking very heavy now since 1 year..I gone through with thyroid teat akso but no thyroid.. please help

Appears to be a simple upper respiratory infection. If no fever, no need for antibiotics. Take Cetrizine daily at night for 3-5 days and do gargling with warm saline water. That alone should suffice. Hope this helps.
