Cold and soar throat

Its been 8hrs i am having hard time due to cold. I believe that is coz of climate change(first rainfall for this year at my location) is the reason. My nose is running and i can feel irritation in throat. Can you please suggest antibiotic or what so ever is needed. Appreciate your help. Thanks

Hello, For now, you can take steam inhalation and do salt water gargles. Take tab deslor 5mg once daily and tab dolo 650 thrice daily. Take plennty of fluids for rehydrating yourself. Take ample rest If you have high fever or body aches or feel drowsy kindly take a online consult wit me for further tests and advise
