My 18 months old son is not eating food last one week and now he is getting cold with body ache and fever 100.4..and mucus sounds comes from the throat..is it allergy or cold...please give some medicine to fight cold and start eating.

Give him Syp Maxtra P for fever and cold.And a Vitamin supplement like Zincovit to tide over the illness & for the resumption of appetite.

Hi, Give Cetrizine 2.5 ml 2-3 times/day for cold Give paracetamol for fever
Next Steps
