Maam please consult. Usually such syrups are not recommended below 6 months age unless there are finding on examination. If there is cold and congestion try giving saline nasal drops per nasally.. And please dont self medicate such a small baby

It is for cold Not cough At this age, saline nasal drops are enough. Should put once in every 3 hours.
