My daughter 5 months old having cold and cough from yesterday. Please suggest the syrup for cold and cough

Mucolite drops 0.5 ml can be given for two times and Saline nasal drops But cough in a 5 month old baby is red flag sign for LRTI Better to consult nearby paediatrician as early as possible
