Cold and blocked nose

Kindly help me with a medicine/ treatment for cold and blocked nose which is not going away since 2-3 months. Already doing steam inhalation twice a day, wearing warm clothes.

Since it seems like a chronic illness and it could be Atopy which can be said in simple words as allergic type. It needs an in person examination and evaluation.
