My friend's 4 month old baby girl is having cold and whole day she feels uneasy and kept crying. Is it okay to give her fumes through nebuliser instrument? Or any other suggestion to resolve her uneasy feeling.

You can give nebulization but better visit paediatrician. Get her examined
