Generally you should give maximum feed of breast milk . You can give 50 ml of coconut water . Generally ghee avoided Give dal ka Pani ,cow milk with some piece of bread  if breast milk is not sufficient for that baby .

As baby's age will increase then you can give slowly slowly outside food with balanced diet
