Continue all. Don't sit on  ring for long hours. Do exercise no. 19 as shown in my YouTube channel drncgupta. Video 'me and my yoga'.

Tail bone fracture will be healed by themselves most of the times, continue same treatment and u can also try silicone gelly pad seat available in market
