Unfortunately last weekend I fell down the towards backside in trekking, it got hurts at the tailbone. I visited the hospital also doctor said coccydynia and need to take rest for 3weeks, now I am undergoing into rest time and taking medication . 2 weeks completed still i am suffering with pain only when the tailbone got touched
regarding my current condition.
After recovering from my tailbone pain (coccydynia)that means after 3 weeks of rest time is it correct to start going to the gym and doing exercises and activities to weight loss?
Is this pain will go off after few days ?
Hello , u can definately go back to your routine. As regards ur workout query i suggest u go easy and do sitz bath for this pain n soreness of coccydynia to wean off . Do remember to sit on soft surfaces to provide cushioning to the injured area.
