I recently got to know that I've about 72 pg/ml of B12. How does it affect the B12? What should be my next steps?

for short term relief start supplements, for longer term, start taking fermented foods like kefir, kombucha, pickles. Most vitamin b complex, vitamin k and biotin is made in the gut by bacterial activity.

If your vitamin b 12 is low , you could have anemia. ( Low hemoglobin)  and signs of nerve damage. Hence it's vital to take supplementation of vitamin b12
