Severe headache in dec and jan every year during early morning time. Regularly in morning past 20 days. Currently medicated with Valance OD 500 mg at bed time, indocap at bed time, almotan when headache starts, naxdom past two hrs if headache does not stops

I think you must be suffering from cluster headache.. And u should start on verapamil.
