You are only 16 years old. Please consult a General Physician (or preferably an Endocrinologist) in your area for a physical examination, lot of investigations and prolonged treatment. You will need a prolonged treatment. So it is better to consult with a Doctor in your area whom you can approach as often as you want.

The symptoms you’ve described, such as weight gain, a puffy round face, stretch marks, memory fog, and trouble sleeping, can indeed be associated with Cushing’s disease1. This condition occurs when your body is exposed to high levels of cortisol for a long time, which can be due to various reasons, including a tumor in the pituitary gland or prolonged use of corticosteroid medications1. Cushing’s disease can also lead to psychiatric symptoms like depression, anxiety, and emotional instability23. The stress and emotional turmoil you’ve experienced could be both a cause and a consequence of the hormonal imbalance. It’s crucial to consult with a doctor who can perform the necessary tests to confirm the diagnosis and recommend appropriate treatment. Treatment options may include surgery, radiation, or medications to control cortisol levels21. Additionally, addressing the emotional and psychological aspects through therapy and support can be very beneficial. If you need help finding a specialist or have any other questions, feel free to ask. You’re not alone in this, and there are ways to manage and improve your condition.
Next Steps
Kindly consult for further management
