My 6 mth old son is on clubfoot shoes after casting. I m finding very difficult to maintain the position of his ankle straight in the bottom of the shoes. As he moves it over the time although i have plugged the shoes very tight. what happens if the ankle is slightly up in the shoes?

If the ankle is slighty up there might be relapse of the clubfoot. Usually a tenotomy is done after casting and helps ensure that ankle doesnt go up in the shoes. Its best you consult a paediatric orthopedician for the best treatment
