  4. Clots in brain. Possible via medicine?

My father had heart surgery and post that had stroke. His right side of body is week. Last year I did brain MRI n found clots in his brain. Doctor suggested it is outside but needs to do surgery. I'm scared to do any surgery this time. I have consulted around 25 doctors but everyone says same. Surgery. Can anyone please suggest me anything possible via medicine? Thanks, Santosh
