Clomipramine 25gm is the starting & least dose (though 10mg is also available). The dose of medicine should be gradually increased & to be taken regularly till it achieves therapeutic levels after which you can expect improvement in your behavior. Hi If it's OCD then wait for 2 to 3 months for full action. If it's for anxiety n depressive in 6 weeks. You are a lucky person ...because Ur maintaining well in very low dose medication.
