Clogged milk ducts?

Hi doctor, I recently had a baby and due to bad latching technique, had cracks and wounds on my nipples. I have collected my latching technique and don't get cracks anymore but one of the nipple doesn't seem to heal yet. Can someone please tell me whether this is clogged nipples or something? I used nipcare cream for healing the cracks and wounds. Photo attached.
