Why clexane? Is clexane safe during pregnancy. I have high D Dimer level Does clexane has effect on D Dimer levels

High d dimer Increases chances of blood clotting.. LMWH ie clexane makes the blood thinner and thus maintains good supply to the growing baby Clexane cannot decrease your d dimer levels but prevents the damage caused because of that. Trust your doctor and go ahead
