Can Chyawanprash be taken along with curd or buttermilk instead of milk in the morning? If curd should not be combined with it, then taking Chyawanprash with water and having curd or buttermilk afterwards nullify it's heat.

First of all if your concern is Chyawanprash been hot in potency then it’s not so, one of it’s major constituent is Amala which balances the excess heat in the body.So don’t worry about it. It should ideally be taken alone and not combined with anything.
