I have bipolar mania getting chronic tension headache daily I can't use antidepressants since it worsens the mania Currently I am on lithium and risperidone how can I manage my tension headache.. Please give suggestions.

Dear sir since u r already on lithium which is a mood stablizer u can take anti depressants. No need to worry. Only thing is we should ensure u r taking lithium at adequate dosage.
