I had septic abortion then mt then I had recurrent uti ,then chronic pid with excess fluid in dhouglas, it's been 6 month since I have chronic pelvic, lower severe back pain,and legs are cramping,tingling,sensation etc.(pain doesn't relate with periods but i had irregular periods since last 6 month, sometime bloated abdomen ,nausea,fatigueand tiredness. Just 3 days back I had done Mri in pelvic organs and found out fluid is clear but I have small(12×10.5mms) T1 hyperintense and T2 hypointense cyst in right ovary with endometriotic cyst. My docter said cyst is very small and we have to wait till it grew , I want to be pregnant in this 1,2 years . Is surgery is only solution? do I have to live with this pain ? is there any solution so that I can shrink this cyst.how can I make this go away . my docter gave me wellwomen only . I don't need painkiller,not birthcontrol pills or injection. how can I make this cyst dissappear. please help if I can make this cyst go away without surgery and
