Chronic lower back pain since 4 months

I am suffering from lower back pain since 4 months not continuously but when I work sitting then pain increases when I rest means not sitting pain cures I visited neurosurgeon and orthopaedic they give me muscles relaxant etc and my x ray reports are normal but what is the problem why my pain not cure totally. Is this a muscles imbalance or any disc problems ? During this 4 months period starting 3 months pain continuously but since last month my 90 percent pain was gone I think some time 100 percent but now from last two days pain starts what I do please suggest. My age 27 and height 173 cm weight 92 kg.
