Hello, Sir. Backpain is quiet a vast thing and quiet difficult to understand just from summary. Although backache is quiet common in population who has a desk job, and main reason for it is Muscular pain , which can be easily corrected by having certain muscle relaxants and physiotherapy exercises and modalities and by making certain positive lifestyle changes. But as you said it increases early morning and also on bending forward I feel you should visit nearest Orthopedic surgeon or Pain Management specialist or Spine Surgeon to rule out the involvement of Disc or any other condition.
