Chronic insomnia and constipation
I have constipation and insomnia right from the childhood. I am already taking nexito 15 mg from 6 years. Now I want to get rid of my constipation and insomnia permanently. Should I go for Allopathic, ayurvedic Or homeopathic for these two diseases. Please suggest with best recommendations. Thanks.

As u r facing this from childhood, u have already used stool softners and laxatives I presume
What is the cause for insomnia u didn't mention
