Chronic head pressure

31. Male. 5'6". 75 kg. Lactovegetarian with once in a year eggs and chicken eating. Non drinker and non smoker. I have this debilitating head pressure that is accompanied by inability to think and mentally visualize clearly. I also have lower appetite and muscle weakness( my body seems to ache faster after playing musical instrument than normally would). This all has been disabling and painful. psychiatrist which I am seeing currently thinks these are symptoms of schizophrenia but this has been going on only recently and my first psychiatrist consultation for problems similar to schizophrenia( being withdrawn, unable to focus attention, staying up late at night and waking up on 12 pm noon) was since 2016 long before these thinking and visualization problems started. Can covid cause this?
