Once in a week i am getting diarrhea from about 2 months. Unable to track down what's causing it. Is it dietary or something else. Also sometimes suffering from bloating and upper stomach discomfort. Did a CBC,LFT,KFT all parameters were normal. Attaching picture for better reference. Please help I suffer from health anxiety too. It is making me anxious as i am thinking it's something serious. Age 22
